Waggle is an independent online pet store based in Darlington, New South Wales. We're not a warehouse chain and we're not pretending to be one — we're a small operation that picks a short list of practical things for dogs and cats and sells them properly.
What we actually stock
We don't try to carry everything. Every product on this site is here because it solves a specific, ordinary problem: a dog who slides on floorboards, one who inhales dinner in fifteen seconds, a set of paws that needs trimming without a trip to the groomer. If we can't explain in one sentence why a product is worth owning, we don't list it.
How we ship
Our products are made by manufacturing partners overseas and shipped directly to you. That keeps prices down, and it means delivery takes longer than a warehouse in Sydney would — usually 7 to 15 days within Australia. We'd rather tell you that up front than promise two-day delivery and disappoint you. Every order gets a tracking number.
If something goes wrong
Email us. A real person reads it, and we aim to reply within one business day. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or simply isn't what was described, we'll sort it out — that's your right under Australian Consumer Law and we're not going to make you fight for it.
