Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Within Australia We offer standard and express shipping across Australia. Delivery times are estimated at 3–7 business days for standard shipping and 1–3 business days for express shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

International Shipping We currently ship to selected international destinations. International delivery times vary by location, typically 7–21 business days. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
